Pre-study: Establishment opportunities in Övertorneå

Purpose and goals
The purpose The aim of the project is to investigate interest and needs among businesses and property owners through the implementation of a feasibility study and to develop a project plan. To examine whether the project result will contribute to increased growth and establishment of people within the municipality, with growth in the business sector and a developing service offering.
The goal The aim of the project is to:
• Create a register of available commercial premises within the municipality.
• List all companies/individuals who have shown interest in establishing in Övertorneå, including what has been requested and for what purpose the premises will be utilized.
• Create a project plan with scheduled activities for the project and a complete stakeholder analysis.
