The board members are located throughout Tornedalen and represent both the non-profit, private, and public sectors.
The board
Leader Tornedalen is fundamentally a partnership between the non-profit, private, and public sectors and is formally a non-profit association. The board includes individuals from the various sectors. All members have a strong personal network and the board represents the different municipalities, sectors, and the direction of the strategy.
The board makes decisions about the development initiatives to be implemented in the area. The board is also responsible for the organization and the work with rural development within the strategy that Leader Tornedalen has.
